Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 30 minutes of placing the order by calling us at +91 70903 00592
  • After Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched for delivery, cancellation is not possible. However, you may refuse delivery at the time of arrival
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Can be cancelled without any charges before dispatch
  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund will be processed if cancelled before dispatch

1.2 Cancellation by Vinayaka Dry Fruits

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Delivery address is outside our service area
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product: Product received in damaged or broken condition
  • Wrong Product: You received a product different from what was ordered
  • Quality Issues: Product has visible quality issues (spoiled, moldy, or infested)
  • Expired Product: Product received past its expiry date
  • Missing Items: Items missing from your order

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Products consumed partially
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Products past the return window (48 hours)

2.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Share clear photos/videos of the product issue
  4. Our team will verify and approve the return
  5. We will arrange pickup or you can return it to our store
  6. Product must be in original packaging with all accessories

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • We will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be via bank transfer (provide bank details)

3.2 Refund Methods

3.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Products with obvious signs of use or consumption
  • Products returned after more than 48 hours
  • Products with missing components

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

  • We will arrange a return and full refund
  • You can place a new order for the desired product
  • For quality issues, we may provide a replacement at no extra cost (subject to availability)

5. Delivery Refusal

If you refuse delivery for valid reasons (damaged packaging, wrong product, etc.), full refund will be processed. However, repeated refusals without valid reasons may result in blocking of future orders.

6. Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable for cancelled orders
  • Discount coupons used for the order will not be refunded or reissued
  • Refunds do not include shipping costs paid by you
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet our policy criteria
  • Please check the product immediately upon delivery and report issues within 24 hours
